Requirements
- Recent graduate or completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of solar PV systems, batteries, and energy storage technologies.
- Interest in solar research, testing, training and product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, or MATLAB is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on field work, product testing, and data analysis.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
