Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years ICT support experience (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of PMS & POS hotel systems.
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting & networking skills.
- Proficiency in social media management & digital marketing.
- Basic skills in graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) & video editing.
- Creative, communicative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
