Required Software Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in 3DS Max
- Expert-level experience with Corona or V-Ray rendering engines
Core Responsibilities
- High-Quality Visualisation & Design Support
- Produce photorealistic 3D visualisations, renderings, and walkthroughs for interiors, fit-outs, and architectural projects.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and high-detail renders based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Technical Documentation & Project Collaboration
- Provide material specifications, quantities, and visual references to support accurate project estimation within the design-and-build workflow.
- Translate approved concepts into detailed and precise shop drawings in coordination with the technical design team.
- Work closely with project managers, production team leaders, and site teams to ensure all visual outputs align with real-world execution.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio showing:
- 3D interior and/or architectural visualisations
- Work created in 3DS Max with Corona or V-Ray
- Projects relevant to design & build, interior fit-out, architecture, or spatial design
