As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support sales objectives
  • Lead Generation: Design and manage multi-channel campaigns to generate and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideation and provide strategic direction for all digital content
  • Digital Advertising: Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize ROI
  • SEO Management: Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility
  • Website Oversight: Manage website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization
  • Email Marketing: Develop targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Professional certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) are a strong plus

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets (KES 2-5 million or more annually)
  • Real estate, property or related industry experience is highly advantageous

Technical Expertise:

  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
  • Working knowledge of website CMS (WordPress or similar)
  • Data analysis and performance reporting skills
