The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process to ensure successful conversions.   • Manage contact with potential clients to identify business opportunities and generate interest in products or services.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process, ensuring effective conversion of leads into customers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, marketing, sales) to align strategies and optimize lead generation and qualification.
  • Accurately document and update prospect information in the CRM to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Follow up on open opportunities to ensure progress and successful closure.
  • Demonstrate discipline, organization, motivation, and adherence to instructions to achieve individual and team goals.
