We are seeking a reliable and results-driven Country Manager for Kenya to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in Kenya.
- Recruit, mentor, train and guide a team of Business Development/Account Managers across the country.
- Work closely with line manager to ensure execution of business development and marketing initiatives such as promotions and campaigns.
- Continuously conduct market research and analysis to competitors to identify new business opportunities and market trends to make sure our product offering continues to stay competitive
- Negotiate deals and establish business partnerships with high value IB’s and Affiliates.
- Set performance targets and KPI’s to the team and provide regular feedback to management.
- Arrange and attend seminars, expos, etc.
- Meet and exceed KPI’s and targets set by management team.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities IB’s partners and Affiliates.
Requirements:
- Relevant language and English speaking is a must.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role within the CFD trading industry.
- A track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing teams.
- Expertise in business development and client acquisition.
- Proficiency with sales tools and data analysis for decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of FX markets and financial products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and relationship-building expertise.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently drive client relationships.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations within country/region
