Job Description:
Market Expansion & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate key markets; Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential distributors and dealers;
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for PCR, TBR, and OTR tires; Implement pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness while maintaining profitability; Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to counter competitors;
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning; Provide feedback to HQ on product adaptation; Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts;
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade orrelated field.
- Minimum 5 years in tire/automotive sales, with 3+ years’ experience in Central or West African markets.
- Prior experience with multinational corporations required.
- Proven track record of managing distributors and achieving sales growth.
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power Bl).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% regional travel).
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Existing network in the tire/auto aftermarket is a strong advantage.
