Sales Associate
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Nairobi.
- The Sales Associate will actively engage with clients to identify their financial needs and offer appropriate loan products.
- Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, maintaining client relationships, processing loan applications, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to support clients throughout their loan application process.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client relationship management, and customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of microfinance products, financial services, or similar industries is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office
