Jaffery Institute of Professional Studies, a leading institution dedicated to academic excellence and professional growth, is seeking a competent, proactive, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for smooth day-to-day college operations
- Support marketing and student recruitment activitie
- Coordinate with academic departments
- Prepare reports, notices, and official communication
- Manage front-office operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Handle student registrations, data updates, and general correspondence
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role (academic environment preferred)
- Knowledge of ABE, ABMA, ACCA, ICDL, and IELTS programs
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Start Date: January 2026
Salary Range: KShs 40,000 – 70,000
