Job Specifications
The duties and responsibilities of the officer will entail assisting in: –
- Performing office and messengerial duties;
- Operating basic office equipment;
- Arranging meeting venues professionally and timely;
- Collecting and dispatching mails/letters/files;
- Requisitioning office general supplies;
- Ensuring general office, machines/ equipment/apparatus cleanliness;
- Collecting and disposing waste;
- Dusting offices and ensure habitable office conditions; and
- Moving or carrying office equipment and furniture;
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- A mean grade D (plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution; and
- Proficiency in computer applications,
Key Competencies and Skills
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills; and
- Proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages.
