Car & General Nairobi is seeking a Digital sales and marketing executive to engage with online leads, drive sales on our e-commerce platforms, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily calls to convert online and e-commerce leads into buyers.
- Explains product features, offers, and benefits to potential customers.
- Promote sales across Car & General’s e-commerce platforms and encourage online purchases.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team and track progress.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales reports while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in telemarketing, e-commerce sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and e-commerce tools is an added advantage
