Communication Jobs
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, engage clients, and support marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will help build the brand, create engaging content, and monitor social media performance across platforms. The role requires flexibility to travel across the country on a need basis to support product launches, demonstrations, and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to client inquiries, and manage online communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, production, and sales teams to support campaigns and product promotions.
- rack and report social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on social media and cosmetic/beauty trends to enhance content and engagement.
- Travel across the country on a need basis to support marketing, product launches, and client engagement.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned to support the objectives of the role and the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; cosmetics/beauty background is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing social media accounts, preferably for cosmetic or personal care brands.
- Strong writing, creativity, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively
- Flexible and willing to travel across the country on a need basis.
