Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth
- Develop and implement strategies for sales growth on platforms such as Jumia, Kilimall, and others.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales targets, while monitoring and reporting performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.
- Use Data insights to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Store & Brand Management
- Monitor store performance and enhance product detail pages, store design, and brand presence.
- Monitor customer feedback, analyze reviews and after-sales service data to improve product quality and customer service experience.
Cross-department Collaboration & Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics operations to ensure alignment on pricing and promotional strategies.
- Liaise with the finance and administration teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales.
- Demonstrated understanding of the e-commerce landscape, key trends and best practices.
- Strong data sensitivity, analytical ability, and strategy development skills.
- Passionate about the smartphone industry, with interest in consumer electronics or the smartphone industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in creative content production (e.g., performance marketing, copywriting, graphic design, video editing) is an added advantage.
