Your Role:

Actively develop and expand the market through targeted acquisition of new customers and the independent support and growth of existing customer relationships.
Present our products and technological innovations, identify customer needs, and develop customized system and plant concepts.
Manage the entire sales process: prepare technical and commercial quotations, conduct price negotiations in line with margin targets, and support budgeting activities.
Coordinate projects and interfaces: collaborate closely with internal departments on cross-functional and international projects and inquiries.
Support in handling customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings to build networks and identify market trends.
Maintain accurate sales documentation: manage CRM data (Salesforce), prepare travel reports, and document sales activities.

Your Profile:

University degree, preferably in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of professional experience in sales within the plastics industry, ideally in:
Injection molding machinery
Raw materials
Accessories and peripheral equipment
Fluent in English language skills (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation skills, customer orientation, and technical & commercial understanding.
Independent and structured work style with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and willingness to travel within region.
